Unlike any common water falls where water descends from a river or spring, Asik-Asik waters pours out from the rocks on a cliff as if curtains of water falling from the wall of rocks.

How To Get There?

Alamada is one of the municipalities in North Cotabato, Philippines and it is roughly three hours and thirty five minutes continuous travel from Manila, the capital of the Philippines – about two hours by airplane plus one hour and thirty minutes by car. This is in Mindanao, Southern Philippines.

ROTA (Rebirth Outdoor Trekkers and Adventurers) is a group of people who share an interest in nature-related outdoor activities and community service. The range of interests and abilities is quite wide, with most people doing a mixture of walking-trekking-hiking, and climbing depending on the weather and the season.

The club has a lively atmosphere with plenty of sharp witted banter flying about, although it would be fair to warn you that the jokes are terrible! It can be a good way to meet like minded people and members of the club do organize climbing holidays and trips amongst themselves in addition to the monthly club meets

The country’s longest, highest, steepest and most exciting zip line – the Agas-Agas Bridge Zip Line at Maasin, Southern Leyte!

Constructed between two mountains, the Agas-Agas Bridge Zipline or locally known as “Zipline Leyte” offers an extra-ordinary experience on cable rides that traverse the Mahaplag-Sogod section of the Tacloban-Liloan Road giving a rider full view of the breathtaking panorama and complete refreshing on the bridge’s sky-scraping height.

This bridge is by far the tallest pier or column that the government has constructed. It involves the construction of a 350 linear meter bridge, with a mix of steel and concrete, supported by two piers from the ground and has a height of 292 feet above ground.

It is designed to enable a user propelled by gravity to traverse from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable, usually made of stainless steel, by holding on or attaching to the freely moving pulley. Zip lines are used in varied ways and come in various forms.
